Meet The Inspirational Learning Academy and Jimmy Allen
Jimmy Allen
Jimmy is the founder of the Inspirational Learning Academy, and the WeFareWell education programs.
For nearly 30 years, Jimmy has taught thousands of kids and adults how to walk tall, achieve natural health, develop loving relationships, and create peace for themselves in what seems to be a chaotic world. Prior to 1997, he taught martial arts as a primary instructor for 14 years at the #1 ranked karate school in the U.S., and was successful as a professional musician and recording artist, landscape designer and contractor, and nationally awarded dog trainer.
In 1998, Jimmy earned his certification as an energy instructor, and attended intensive residency programs in New Zealand, Europe, and the U.S. While traveling abroad, he also received Tao induction with a Taoist Master.
After years of working with children and families in the field of health and fitness as a top martial arts instructor, working alongside several naturopathic and Chinese medical doctors, and teaching programs in the US and New Zealand, Jimmy began writing his vision for the future of education. While researching instructional models, he saw that students were not learning about the most fundamentally essential aspect of life itself: health. Motivated to make change, he founded the Inspirational Learning Academy in 2007 with a vision and mission of making health, the number one priority in education.
Jimmy recently moved to Los Angeles. Applying his unique approach, he has achieved fantastic results that have received the attention of educators and therapists. Jimmy has pinned down integral and complimentary solutions for many who are suffering with ASD and ADHD.

The Inspirational Learning Academy (ILA) is a fully supported project of International Humanities Center, a 501[c](3) nonprofit public charity created in 1998 to foster social and ecological justice, as well as efforts in the realm of peace, education, women's and children's issues, and animal rights.
The ILA was founded in 2007 with a vision and mission of making natural health, happiness, and peace the number one priority in education around the world.
The Academy first opened in Sedona, Arizona as an independent full time education program for children age 11-14 who were experiencing difficulties behavior and learning.
The ILA WeFareWell Project -
The WeFareWell project has created a unique approach to address many health and well-being issues we face today.
Our practical tools and knowledge offers integrative options to the problems individuals are facing today, preparing a new generation of leaders for tomorrow.
Using yesterday's methods to solve today's problems is a recipe for disaster. WeFareWell takes an especially positive, and optimistic approach to solve today's problems and create many bright tomorrow's.
Mission
With the use of progressive tools, knowledge and technology through experiential educational programs, we ensure individuals receive the best support for health, happiness, and peace beyond the level of mediocrity.
Vision
The Inspirational Learning Academy will create new jobs preparing a contemporary generation of leaders for tomorrow. Through achieving natural wellness and balance in spite of their perceived difficulties, these young leaders will disseminate their experientialy gained knowledge as "Wellness Mentors" through the ILA Healing Children Today program- a system of jobs and revenue channels in the field of health and education. Adult Wellness Mentors will have jobs specializing in the dissemination of prevention education through the ILA We Are Well program- a system of jobs and revenue channels in the field of adult health and education.
We envision a world where everyone is maintaining health by natural means. Sickness and disease no longer exist. Physical, mental, and emotional suffering is extinct and no longer a part of the human race.
We envision a world that is clean and free of pollutants. The air, water and earth are clean including removal or reuse of all trash, toxic waste, nuclear waste, chemical and every other unnatural waste.
We envision a society where people have their basic needs met. All people have high quality education and know their purpose. The world is in abundance.
We envision a world where happiness, peace, and longevity is the lifestyle. People resolve their differences without violence and wars are outlawed.
This is our Vision, that we strive for, visualize and take actions towards creating every day.
